Active Learning In Action-Mini Beast Safari
14th May 2025
Active Learning in Action!
As part of our monthly non-number maths focus, P7 took their data handling skills outdoors for a Mini-Beast Safari.
Pupils explored the school grounds, identifying and counting all the mini-beasts they could find. They then worked together to create frequency tables to collate their findings and used ICT to present the data graphically.
A perfect mix of outdoor learning, teamwork and digital skills…active learning at its best.
